    • NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON OR DTC'S STORED AT THIS TIME. IF BATTERY DID DIE AT SOME POINT IT WOULD HAVE CLEARED OUT THE CODES IN THE CONTROL MODULES.
    • BATTERY, ALTERNATOR, AND STARTER ALL PASSED THE OUTPUT TEST DID FIND THAT THE ALTERNATOR IS AFTERMARKET AND COULD CAUSE SOME INCONSISTENT CHARGING SITUATIONS. FOUND LOW AND HIGH BEAM BULBS ARE ALL HID AFTERMARKET BULBS WITH INTEGRATED FANS THAT DRAW ADDITIONAL POWER TO OPERATE. IN SOME CASES, THE FANS WILL RUN AFTER VEHICLE IS TURNED OFF TO COOL DOWN OVERHEATED BULBS. AT THIS POINT, BEST RECOMMENDATION WOULD BE RETURN HEADLIGHT BULBS TO OEM STYLE CONVENTIONAL BULBS TO AVOID EXCESSIVE POWER DEMAND AND POTENTIAL PARASITIC DRAW.
