Check Starter draw and check all connections. — UPON CHECKING FOUND BATTERY OKAY – HOWEVER ENGINE WILL NOT TURN OVER – ATTEMPTED TO CRANK ENGINE BY HAND AND WILL NOT TURN WILL GO BACKWARDS A LIMITED AMOUNT AND THEN FORWARDS A LIMITED AMOUNT – INTERNAL ENGINE FAILURE SUSPECTED – SUGGEST ENGINE REPLACEMENT — TEAR DOWN TIME TO NOT COVERED BY ZURICH TO DETERMINE COMPRESSOR DAMAGE AND CONFIRM ENGINES INTEGRITY
- Lube, Oil & Filter, Check all fluids, Belts and Hoses and check operation of all lights.
- STARTER ASSEMBLY – Remove & Replace – 4.0L Eng
- TECHNICIAN FOUND THE AC COMPRESSOR SEIZED AND THE STARTER BURNED UP.
