Her background has helped her develop strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills that allow her to keep daily operations running smoothly. Elizabeth believes the best customer experience starts with listening carefully, communicating clearly, and making the repair process as easy and stress-free as possible. What makes her unique is the genuine care she shows every customer, striving to make everyone who walks through the door feel welcomed, appreciated, and valued. Outside of work, she enjoys photography, singing, dancing, and spending time with family and friends, while living by her personal motto: “Smile big, and love bigger.”
