Jeff Todd has spent 26 years in the automotive industry and currently serves as Shop Manager, a position he has held for six years. Having worked in nearly every role within a repair shop, Jeff brings a well-rounded perspective that helps him effectively manage projects, support technicians, and ensure customers receive exceptional service. He approaches every vehicle as though it were his own, carefully considering what he would do if faced with the same repair decisions. Known for his attention to detail and desire to get things right the first time, Jeff takes pride in delivering quality results and building customer trust. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, cooking, and relaxing at the beach, and believes strongly in treating others the way he wishes to be treated.
